BUXMONT FITNESS

Here at BuxMont, we celebrate the COMMUNITY that Fitness inspires. We are a diverse group of individuals who support and encourage one another to meet our individual fitness goals. We have members of all different ages and fitness levels-- from the elite competitive athlete, to the average person just trying to get (or stay!) in shape.

WOrkOut Sessions

Each class is ONE HOUR long. A typical class includes a warm-up, a strength or skill portion, and a MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) portion. Every single day will be different, but most classes will follow this basic outline. One of the coolest things about our gym is not knowing what to expect until you get here.  The Workout will be on the whiteboard when you arrive, and we will all complete whatever the assignment is for that day! We will each do it at our own individual level, but doing it together is what makes it so fun!!
